Paypal go harsh in China, is there another way out?

As a jewelry supplier, we have over 600 registered clients on our website, but recently, business get tough, because my paypal account was suspended forever.... All our clients comes from English speaking countries,mostly in UK, USA, Australia,they like Paypal (especially for new clients)...
I have an HK paypal account for almost 6 years, but it was suspended for some how they detect my website have designer silver jewelry brand name on it, it was suspended forever.. even though for over 6 years, we did not have any dispute from our clients....

Most of our old clients can accept Bank transfer, but... for small amount less than 500usd,the transfer fee is very high, it might charged 20usd out of 200, or 100usd.. and in China, we have a currency control law which have a 50,000USD limited in total a year for  invidious receipt, which means you can not withdraw over 50000usd in a whole year....So paypal is quite easy for us,....

But now..... without  paypal..
how can we get our clients trust us?

If you asking a person who always dealing online, Have you ever been scammed? You will get 90% people saying yes. I am one of them. I was scamed, not as a buyer, but as a supplier, stock sent, never receive payment.

She place an 2130USD order, said she transfer the money via TT.. bank transfer, hope we could send the stock as soon as possible, hurry to a show or something.. so.. I guess, this is an old clients, we have deal so many times, she wont scammed us... but I was wrong.. the money never come back.. first.. she said the bank made a mistake, and then she said she will resend it.. and then.. said she have trouble in selling replicas... and then.. disappeared...
Another time is new client.. who order 248 usd, from UK too, she said she would send the payment via western union tomorrow.. so I prepared the stock.. and because tomorrow is the weekend, I was thinking.. it might be delay for 2 days if I sent on Monday after we confirmed her payment, so.. I ask my shipping courier to pick it up.. I thought someone would not scammed me over 248 USD, ruin your reputation over such a little money is not a smart deal.. .. I was kind of naive.. one week after, the stock received, still no money, no words from the buyer.. .

Not all the scammers I encouter are from UK, I also met a USA customers who take my stock and never come back. This customer, a 20+ years old colleage student call Michael , we talk a lot, I have give a lot support for his business. He has an website ( www.overstocksilver.com or something) and he order a many times from us. So I trust him, said you can have the stock first, and send us the payment after you sold it, it might be 1 month after stock received. We continue deal for many times, even tough he always delay the payment, but always keep his words and send it. The last order was about 3000USD, he payment for several time, but not in one lot, it might be this 500, that 1000... Up to now, he still have a 1680USD not paid, the last e-mail I send for asking payment is an years ago, and he never replied.. So I guess, he finally turns out to be a scammer, which is tolerent by me....

I really hate customer who delays about the payment.. but it seems if this begins, it could only get worse.. now I have another UK customers owed me 2300USD for two months.. I can only pray he will not let me down.. and I said to myself never send any stock even he is an old client. Just dont have money to lose.... Trust is a risky thing..

I accept paypal, sometimes, though.. after we know the clients, we would try WU or bank transfer, Paypal charge too much, even I ask my client to pay 4% paypal fee, and we still lost over 5% during the currency convert (to withdraw the payment, we need to convert it from USD to HKD, and from HKD to RMB). So all my wholesale clients are transfer me the money via bank transfer or WU now, because.. they know they don’t have to worry about never get the stock.. for some VIP clients, I sent out the stock first.. but I have sleepless night too, for I was worrying about what if they are not sending me the money after they received the stock? Even my clients promised again and again and said where can I find such a good supplier if I lost you?.. I am still worry sometimes, because I am a small business make a low profit, over 6000USD is certainly too big money to lost... Every morning, the first thing I wake up is check my e-mail see if my clients have good news for me...

To any business, any sellers or buyers, the only key for a successful business is honesty.. to keep your words, never lie to your clients.. for example, if you are asking me if these stuff are really 925 silver, I will told you no, they are not, even over 95% wholesalers will said they are, but, we all know.. You could not buy any thing silver at such a price. If you don’t believe me, try some other supplier and buy samples with us, compared the quality and price, you will always find out ours is the best.. so my clients always come back after a few months.. Because they know that I am not lying, and I wont lie, also, they know, they are not going to find a better offer.

Of course, sometimes, exception happens, you know, for replica is illegal anywhere, extremely risky when passing the customs. So.. there maybe over 1% package was caught by the customs... If it did happen, we will try to help our client out, we will resend it if their package are caught by the Chinese customs, if it was lost in the target country, we will send it at half cost.. to minimize lost for both of us, but we can not guarantee a 100% risk free. We are not commit for something we can not do. So I will suggest all my clients to do Designer inspired without designer mark, because if they are regular wholesales, they wont worry about the MOQ which is only 5 pcs per style. And they can sell it to anywhere, online stores, over street, parties.. even on shows. First: You need to set up a website.
Well, if you have no experience about website designing or hosting, it might be a little scaring and don't know where to start at the first place, but things are very easy to learn.

The first thing about set up an website is that you need to find a website hosting company, they can provide you hand-by-hand guide about how to set up a OScommerce website. My website was host by ixwebhosting.com. The reason why I choose an US webhosting company, it is because that most of my customers are from USA and European countries. So I was thing it might be faster for the customers to visit my website if we choose the target country. It cost me about 107 USD to set up this new website.

Setting up website it is only the very first step towards an online business. You need to spend a lot of time to do SEO, to let people get to know your website. This is not a overnight business, you will need continuously effort. I don't have any experience on website SEO, totally a new area for me, so I am still working on it.

The second step about setting up your own online business is to find a good supplier and good products. How can you stand out from thousands of people selling the same type of products?

More important, they order quite frequently. For this kind of customers, you need to offer a very specific price, which can not even be competite by other suppliers. Why we have to do this? Because you have to think for your customers, you can only sell more when your customers; business keep growing. If you sell your jewelry at a cheap price for small orders, there would be no market for them, and even you get more orders, but you will be totally exhausted by the small orders. You are potentially kill your wholesale clients.

Third, I have to say that service is the key to maintain your business and keep it growing. Always think in your customers; shoes. Sometimes, I do send my orders before I collect the payment, even it might be risky, but, I always believe that there are some poeple we could trust.
Also, honesty is always the cornerstone in any business. Dont lie to your customers, they will find out sooner or later.

Last, always back up your website and prepared for unexpectedness, this is also important for those who selling replicas jewelry as me.
