Paypal go harsh in China, is there another way out?

As a jewelry supplier, we have over 600 registered clients on our website, but recently, business get tough, because my paypal account was suspended forever.... All our clients comes from English speaking countries,mostly in UK, USA, Australia,they like Paypal (especially for new clients)...
I have an HK paypal account for almost 6 years, but it was suspended for some how they detect my website have designer silver jewelry brand name on it, it was suspended forever.. even though for over 6 years, we did not have any dispute from our clients....

Most of our old clients can accept Bank transfer, but... for small amount less than 500usd,the transfer fee is very high, it might charged 20usd out of 200, or 100usd.. and in China, we have a currency control law which have a 50,000USD limited in total a year for  invidious receipt, which means you can not withdraw over 50000usd in a whole year....So paypal is quite easy for us,....

But now..... without  paypal..
how can we get our clients trust us?
